experiences with grip and UTF-8

I have used a UTF-8 capable client with cddbd.

Mike Oliphant and I made a couple of small changes to grip to allow it
to support UTF-8 cddbd. I submitted an update for one of the database
files to a local copy of cddbd. It's nice to have UTF-8 support.

I suspect that Mike will release these code changes soon.
